What Versions of SAP Business One Are Compatible?

All recent versions of SAP are supported, including 8.8, 8.81, 8.82, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, and the newest released version 10.0. As SAP releases new versions, they are automatically validated and updated.

Both SQL and HANA versions are supported.

Is HANA Version Also Supported?

Yes, both SQL and HANA versions are supported.

What SAP Documents are Available to Integrate via fentu?

fentu has pre-configured templates for all SAP marketing documents, including A/R and A/P and we also support Master Data, including items and business partners, as well as inventory and pricing data.

What about User-Defined Tables and User-Defined Fields?

Any User-Defined Table (UDT) or User-Defined Field (UDF) is only a matter of updating the doc structure in fentu and it’s automatically available in our mapping wizard.

How Does fentu Connect to SAP Database?

For SAP on-premise installations, we install a small utility on your SAP server, which then communicates with the DI-API. All processing is done in the cloud, without taking up local server resources. If you have deployed SAP in the cloud and you have enabled SAP Service Layer, then we can utilize the Service Layer for connectivity, without installing anything in your environment.
